NPSIS is currently in the process of switching over to a new billing system.
Please be aware that you may see messages related to your account status being changed to system. Please do not be alarmed, it is simply part of the process of us moving your account into the new billing system.
Please also be aware that as of January 2008 we no longer mail paper invoices. Your invoices from this point forward will be available in your client area. You may print your invoices from there, and make payments on open invoices as well. You may even add pre-payments for future invoices if you desire.
If you wish to update your credit card on file, you may do so by selecting billing from the top menu and change credit card.
